Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@majelwelz.com and send your item to: 10/3, Ashoka Rd, Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10/3, Ashoka Rd, Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At Majewelz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If the product you receive does not match the specified details or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange as per the policy outlined below.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Requests must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Order Number in the subject line

  • Clear product images highlighting the concern

  • A short explanation of the issue

Terms & Conditions

  1. We offer a 3-day return window on eligible products.

  2. Refunds will be processed after deducting 25% of the total order value as handling and processing charges.

  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

  4. The return must include original packaging and tags.

  5. The pickup address must match the original delivery address.

  6. If the product is damaged during transit, it must be reported within 2 days with images; in such cases, no return shipping fee will be charged.

  7. If the return is due to personal preference or dissatisfaction, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  8. Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

  9. Once an item has been exchanged, it is not eligible for further return or exchange.

  10. Orders with a total value above ₹20,000 are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
